1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing the Aero Marketplace or purchasing products from Circle Technologies, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must cease use of our services immediately.
2. Software License
Purchasing an asset grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product within the Roblox platform. You are prohibited from:
- Reselling, redistributing, or "leaking" any scripts or assets.
- Claiming original authorship of the assets.
- Using assets for any purpose that violates the Roblox Terms of Use.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds will only be issued at our sole discretion in cases of technical failure that we cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe.
4. Termination
Circle Technologies reserves the right to revoke your license and access to the Dashboard if you are found in violation of these terms or engaged in fraudulent activity.
